Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to SME prospects and respond to inbound leads.
- Explain Delhivery's FTL offerings in a simple, clear manner suited to SMEs.
- Qualify leads based on client profile, business potential, and requirements.
- Maintain accurate lead information in CRM/trackers.
- Support Account Executives in converting qualified leads into active clients.
- Share quotes, follow up on WhatsApp/email, and resolve simple client queries by coordinating with internal teams.
- Consistently achieve daily/weekly activity targets (calls, connects, qualified leads).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Clear verbal communication in Hindi + English (regional language is a plus).
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand client pain points quickly.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to update trackers/CRM daily.
- Self-motivated with a focus on achieving activity and conversion targets
