Ministry of POS ), a brand under Infoaccords Technologies is India's leading specialized e-commerce marketplace for POS hardware, billing solutions, and retail software. We empower businesses in F&B, grocery, and retail sectors with reliable, end-to-end billing and inventory solutions.
We are seeking a motivated and confident Female Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves explaining, pitching, and selling POS hardware and billing software solutions to retail, grocery, and F&B businesses across India.
This role is ideal for someone with strong sales drive, excellent communication skills, and basic technical knowledge of computers and software.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Handling & Outreach: Manage inbound leads and generate outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Solution Selling: Explain Ministry of POS products (POS machines, printers, cash drawers, billing software, and combo packages) to business owners.
- Sales Conversion: Drive sales closures by matching customer needs with the right solutions.
- Technical Understanding: Use basic computer hardware/software knowledge to address customer queries confidently.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain customer data, sales pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel trackers.
- Customer Coordination: Work with operations and support teams for order fulfillment and onboarding.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Gender Preference: Female
- Experience: 0.6 – 2 years in inside sales / telesales / IT solutions sales preferred (freshers with strong sales aptitude may apply).
- Education: Graduate in Business, IT, or related field.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware & software (printers, billing machines, operating systems, etc.).
- Strong communication and convincing ability in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus).
- Good negotiation skills and confidence to close deals over phone/video calls.
- Proficiency in MS Office / WhatsApp / CRM tools.
- High energy, result-oriented, and comfortable working with sales targets.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 (fixed) per month.
