This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh, India, for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Their day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, making outbound calls, conducting product presentations, negotiating deals, and handling customer inquiries. The role also involves preparing sales reports and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of internet marketing, web & mobile development, and PPC services
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in a technology or digital marketing firm is a plus
