Role & responsibilities :


ROLE SUMMARY :


This position is responsible for the analytic and reporting support for Sales pipeline and funnel, forecasting, and various other projects and :


- Coordinate and partner between Finance and Sales Operations on sales effectiveness and sales/financial alignment


- Work across the organization and different functions to standardize and automate sales data and sales forecasting


- Work directly with sales reps and managers to achieve sales goals by providing timely sales analytics including pipeline analysis, best practices, pipeline efficiencies and sales results.


- Work directly with sales operations and sales managers to identify problem areas and pain points within their organization, identifying stakeholders to solve and improve these pain points.


- Collaborate to identify issues and solutions to make business flow better for the sales teams.


- Work on problems of moderate to complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.


- Develop recommendations and proactive solutions to improve data hygiene and governance


- Assist sales team with deal structuring to ensure best value for the company while maximizing quota attainment.


- Work closely with the extended sales and enabling teams to share knowledge, best practices, and facilitate standardization across the whole sales organization.


- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.


- The Sales and Financial Operations Analyst will work directly with Sales Managers, Sales Operations and Sales insight to support our sales teams to provide timely and accurate analytics to help them manage the teams selling efforts.


- They will assist the Sales Managers and their sales teams in providing accurate forecasting, pipeline and ad hoc reporting.


- This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving sales environment that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work under and towards a deadline.


- Translate complex information into an easily understood format for business users.


- Establish and maintain robust sales systems, tools, and technologies that empower our sales teams to excel in their roles and elevate customer Candidate Profile


- 8+ years of relevant experience preferred in a sales operation.


- Deep knowledge and understanding of Sales process, CRMs (ideally HubSpot)


- Should be willing to work in US Shifts


- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills needed.


- Proven mastery of sales operations, with an in-depth understanding of market dynamics and the analysis of sales-related data. Demonstrated capability to optimize sales processes and activities to achieve standardization and harmonization.


- High competence on analytical tools and be able to analyze outputs of the same.


- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex sales data into actionable solutions and processes.


- Willing to work from office environment.


- Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills.


- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.


- Comfortable to work from Office with flexibility of working in 24-7 environment.
