Position Overview:
As a Growth Marketing Manager at Thrillophilia, you will be at the forefront of driving our marketing strategy. You will be responsible for performance marketing campaigns, leading initiatives such as retention and referral marketing, content marketing, and optimizing app performance and conversion goals across key categories. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execute marketing plans that drive substantial business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead key marketing projects, including retention and referral programs, content marketing, and app performance optimization.
- Analyze data to identify trends, measure performance, and refine marketing strategies for optimal results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and category growth.
- Manage and optimize budgets across various marketing channels to achieve maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep Thrillophilia at the cutting edge of growth MBA from a Tier 1 College.
- 1-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
