Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team at Thrillophilia, a leading platform for experiential travel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our customers, and coordinating with various stakeholders in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Management:○ Oversee the end-to-end process of travel operations, including bookings, itineraries, and vendor coordination.○ Ensure smooth execution of all travel experiences, including adventure activities, tours, and stays.○ Manage and monitor travel operations to maintain high-quality service standards.2. Vendor Coordination:○ Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, tour guides, hotels, and transport services.○ Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize costs and enhance service delivery.3. Data Management & Reporting:○ Maintain accurate records of customer bookings, feedback, and operational metrics.○ Prepare regular reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.4. Process Improvement:○ Analyze operational workflows and suggest improvements for efficiency and scalability.○ Collaborate with the tech and product teams to enhance the booking platform and customer experience.5. Compliance & Safety:○ Ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies.○ Monitor compliance with local laws and travel industry standards.
Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.● 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.● Strong understanding of travel logistics, bookings, and itinerary planning.● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.● Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.● Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.
