**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Logistical Excellence**:

- Oversee the intricate logístical aspects of luxury events, including venue selection, transportation arrangements, and exclusive accommodation for high-profile clients.
- Collaborate with luxury service providers to ensure the seamless delivery of premium services.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for high-end clients, understanding their unique preferences and requirements.
- Provide personalized, concierge-level service to exceed client expectations.

**3. Vendor and Partner Collaboration**:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-end vendors and partners to secure exclusive offerings.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with luxury service providers to ensure top-tier services for our clientele.

**4. Detailed Documentation**:

- Maintain meticulous records of client preferences, requirements, and feedback.
- Create and update comprehensive event manuals tailored to the preferences of individual clients.

**5. Exclusive Event Design**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to design and execute bespoke events that reflect the luxury brand image and exceed the expectations of high-end clients.
- Ensure that every detail, from decor to entertainment, aligns with the luxury experience.

**6. VIP Guest Management**:

- Manage VIP guest lists and coordinate exclusive experiences for high-profile attendees.
- Provide discreet and efficient services to VIP guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

**7. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement**:

- Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of unparalleled luxury experiences.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous refinement and enhancement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in backend operations within the luxury events or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of service.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Understanding of luxury market trends and client expectations.
