Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

○ Oversee the end-to-end process of travel operations, including bookings, itineraries, and vendor coordination.

○ Ensure smooth execution of all travel experiences, including adventure activities, tours, and stays.

○ Manage and monitor travel operations to maintain high-quality service standards.

2. Vendor Coordination:

○ Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, tour guides, hotels, and transport services.

○ Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize costs and enhance service delivery.

3. Data Management & Reporting:

○ Maintain accurate records of customer bookings, feedback, and operational metrics.

○ Prepare regular reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.

4. Process Improvement:

○ Analyze operational workflows and suggest improvements for efficiency and scalability.

○ Collaborate with the tech and product teams to enhance the booking platform and customer experience.

5. Compliance & Safety:

○ Ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

● 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.

● Strong understanding of travel logistics, bookings, and itinerary planning.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

● Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
