Job Summary:
The Founder's Office - Strategic Associate role is for those who are driven by the thrill of solving real-world problems and building something revolutionary. You'll work directly with the Founders to drive strategic initiatives, lead cross-functional projects, and influence key decisions that shape the future of Thrillophilia. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in ambiguity, can handle high levels of responsibility, and is ready to be challenged constantly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Founders to define and execute strategic initiatives that drive global growth.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely execution.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support key business decisions and fuel innovation.
- Develop and implement scalable processes that enhance customer journeys and operational efficiency.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for the leadership team, providing insights that drive action.
- Foster a culture of rapid decision-making, where data-backed and intuition-driven approaches coexist.
- Act as a strategic partner to various departments, ensuring cohesive execution of company-wide goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA from a top-tier business school (e.g., IIMs, ISB, or similar globally renowned institutions).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Founder's Office or a similar high-level strategic role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Must have led initiatives with cross-functional teams directly reporting to founders or C-level executives.
- Must have previously supported founders with budgeting, resource allocation, and financial reporting, with strong analytical skills in business analysis, financial modeling, market research, and advanced proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Experience in handling business-critical situations, providing solutions under tight timelines, and working directly with leadership to implement those solutions.
