Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) or B2C (Business-to-Consumer) environments. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and is passionate about optimizing marketing performance to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running successful digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels including search, social, display, and affiliate marketing.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers at scale while optimizing cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Engage with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication, timely delivery of program objectives, and alignment of marketing activities with business goals for a strong return on investment (ROI)
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize performance and meet targets.
- Work closely with the product and creative team to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to the leadership team, offering recommendations for future strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA from a Tier 1 College (e.g., IIMs, ISB, or similar globally renowned institutions).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing, specifically within D2C or B2C industries.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, optimizing digital campaigns, and delivering strong ROI.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and present insights to leadership.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
