Pick Up and Drop Off, often shortened to PUDO, is a designated location where customers can come to collect parcels, and drop off items as part of the returns process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Development:- Identify and develop partnerships with fintech companies and payment banks to enhance our PUDO service offerings in rural areas.

- Sales Strategy:- Create and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate rural markets and achieve revenue targets.

- Channel Management:- Manage and expand our network of PUDO partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and high service standards.

- Relationship Building:- Cultivate strong relationships with local businesses, fintech companies, and community stakeholders to promote PUDO services and facilitate collaboration.

- Training & Support:- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to PUDO partners to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Performance Tracking:- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

- Collaborative Initiatives:- Work closely with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to integrate fintech solutions into our service model.

- Feedback Mechanism:- Collect feedback from partners and customers to continually improve service offerings and address market Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in logistics, fintech, or rural markets.

- Strong understanding of rural market dynamics and consumer behavior.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and drive results in a challenging environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
