Role/Job Title: Product Manager – Rural CD

Function/ Department:  Retail Banking

Place of work: Mumbai

Job Purpose:

The role entails developing value propositions for Rural Business by executing strategies to expand the existing products by delivering banking needs to the customers in the most cost efficient and technology effective manner. It includes supporting teams and maintenance of systems, process and culture amenable to the scope and ensuring consistency of delivery. Role will closely collaborate with Retail team - Product Head, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, BIU for same. This role encapsulates the responsibility of providing a seamless and fulfilling customer experience and ensuring IDFC First becomes the primary bank for all banking needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support in implementing value propositions for Rural Business. Provide technical support across multiple technologies for the assigned product. Maintaining and developing Product MIS. Proactively support the team with admin, manpower challenges. Contribute to the creation of dashboards for the senior management. Aggregate information about latest market trends, determine the best practices using data analysis. Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for course correction to the Product and Sales teams. Support the Product team in Rural Business category to provide differentiated offerings and drive business growth. Assure adherence to the guidelines set by the bank Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the assigned area. Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service. Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure

Education Qualification:

Post Graduation: Any Postgraduate

Experience: 2- 4 years of relevant experience

Note: Candidate should have technical expertise in handling system development at any BFSI organisations.
