Job Title: Team Lead International Sales (Flash Delivery)

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead for International Sales to drive B2B sales for our Flash Delivery product targeting small and mediumsized enterprises (SMEs) across global markets. As a Team Lead you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base internationally helping businesses embrace the benefits of instant delivery to enhance their operations.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to achieve international sales targets by identifying and nurturing business relationships across multiple regions.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our flash delivery platform to prospective clients showcasing how it can enhance their business logistics and delivery capabilities.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients offering ongoing support and insights on optimizing their use of the platform to boost business efficiency.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather client feedback and implement continuous improvements to the product and services.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs in different countries to drive product innovation and international expansion.
You Should Have:
  • 12 years of experience in team management and international sales with a strong record of driving B2B sales in industries such as SaaS logistics or ecommerce.
  • A demonstrated ability to build relationships with global clients and close sales deals in different markets.
  • A thorough understanding of technology platforms and their application in business operations enabling you to effectively communicate product benefits to potential customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cultural and regional differences.
  • A highly motivated and resultdriven mindset eager to expand business growth in new international markets.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different market dynamics while ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration International Business Marketing or a related field.
Qualification:
Graduate/Post Graduate in any domain.
