We are looking for an APAC Marketing Director responsible for:


  • Executing the company's top-down strategy in marketing for Enterprise APAC
  • Full-stack (Content, Online, Database, Demand Generation, etc.) with an exclusive focus on ABM/Demand Generation
  • Providing Leadership to the various marketing teams to drive the Marketing Objectives for the BU

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the Demand generation and DB marketing teams to drive top-down strategies through execution
  • Provide leadership to the content marketing team in developing content strategies. Also to the Online Marketing team to leverage inorganic and paid channels to augment traffic, MQLs, and SQLs
  • Provide leadership to the EFTA team for outbound and inbound calling into Enterprise accounts.
  • Build strategies for achieving targets pertaining to sales: Work closely with Direct Sales & Channels team for formulating sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
  • Achieve the marketing KPIs and objectives for the BU by driving various marketing teams to work towards delivering results
  • Develop fresh marketing talent by building and executing training playbooks.
  • Develop and execute the end-to-end demand generation plan with a strong focus on inbound and organic techniques to achieve SQL targets
  • Manage and groom teams for a high-performance culture and be a champion of Shipsy’s core values.

What You'll Need


  • Stakeholder management and executive presence. Your role will require you to liaise for inputs and feedback from Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams as well as CXO/VP-level industry practitioners and Shipsy clients across North America and Europe.
  • Program management. The role will require you to integrate inputs from multiple Shipsy teams, and get the work output produced through the team working directly for you, as well as work with the various marketing campaign teams (digital, social, PR, field marketing).
  • Inbound Processor: At Shipsy, marketing is strongly focused on discovering the 'why' that will strongly resonate with the target audience. This will require you to cut out all the marketing 'buzzword' noise and perform primary and secondary research as well as deep-thinking to arrive at the messages and ideas that are most likely to 'stick.'
  • You will need to have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. This is less about memorizing the dictionary and more about being able to convey complex ideas in the simplest of ways - and it is essential for articulating ideas internally as well as externally.
  • Execution-centric management. This role will require you to make sure that work gets done. While you will be driving the strategy, you will need to be ready to roll up the sleeves and get into the trenches.
  • People-Management:- Ability to lead young and diverse teams with the spread of KPIs to deliver the overall marketing objective of the BU. You should be able to lead large teams and drive them to achieve results.
  • Context-Sensitive Intelligence: Ability to channel years of experience in Shipsy’s specific scenarios to drive results.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. Master’s degree is a plus..
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on supporting technology-driven organizations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills..
  • Excellent interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
