Business Development Manager in E-learning

Previous Ed-tech Experience in JEE, NEET is Mandatory.

We strive to empower individuals in the K9 and K12 segments, providing them with tools and resources to excel in the digital age. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the e-learning sector, including potential clients, partners, and markets.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, corporations, government agencies, and other potential clients.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
5. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
6. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients and partners to secure favorable agreements and partnerships.
7. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to management to inform decision-making.
8. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
10. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, customer support, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the e-learning industry.
3. Strong understanding of e-learning technologies, trends, and market dynamics.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
6. Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
