We are expanding our reach through our dynamic YouTube channel and are looking for an experienced Academic Head to lead this initiative.
Position: Academic Head for YouTube
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad.
Package: Up to ₹15 LPA
Experience: Teaching experience into JEE/NEET subjects (Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics).
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Strategy:
Develop and design engaging academic content for JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, and NEET aspirants.
Plan, create, and deliver high-quality video content tailored to the YouTube audience.
Collaborate with the content and production team to ensure the educational material is engaging, accurate, and visually appealing.
On-Screen Presence:
Host educational sessions, tutorials, and live Q&A sessions on YouTube.
Exhibit excellent screen presence with clear and impactful communication skills.
Maintain an engaging and professional demeanor in all recordings.
Subject Expertise:
Demonstrate deep knowledge of the subject (Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics) aligned with the syllabus of JEE Mains, Advanced, and NEET.
Provide unique insights and tips to help students excel in their preparation.
Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in competitive exam patterns.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with video editors, graphic designers, and marketers to ensure seamless content delivery.
Provide inputs to enhance video quality and student engagement.
Performance Monitoring:
Track audience engagement metrics (views, likes, comments, etc.) and adjust content strategies accordingly.
Continuously innovate and experiment with content formats to boost channel growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong teaching experience in JEE Mains, Advanced, or NEET preparation.
Expertise in one or more subjects: Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics.
Excellent communication skills and vocal clarity.
Comfortable and confident on-screen with a pleasing personality.
Proven experience in creating academic content for online platforms (preferable).
Familiarity with YouTube analytics and trends is a plus.
A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for education.
