We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the UPS, Inverter, and Switchgear industry, with over 10 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding key accounts, driving sales growth, and developing long-term relationships with our top clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the UPS, Inverter, and Switchgear industry.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Monitor and manage client satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account plans.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and sales progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the Delhi market and industry-specific trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
