Pazcare is India's leading Employee benefits & Insurtech platform for employers. We are solving the problem for the 1 million employers and 100 million employees in managing their health insurance, term life and more comprehensive health benefits through technology.

Currently growing at over 100% month-on-month, we have on boarded over 300 customers like GoMechanic, Goodera, Avail Finance, Mindtickle, Bookmyshow etc. In our pursuit of redefining Employee Benefits & insurance for India, we are backed by venture funds and famous entrepreneurs like Ashish Hemrajani (CEO, Bookmyshow), Haresh Chawla (Founding CEO, Network18) and other marquee investors.

About the team

Founded by serial entrepreneurs Sanchit Malik (ex-Co-founder Townscript) and Manish Mishra (ex-Director of Engineering, ClearTax & Mindtickle), the team consists of highly energetic management with experience of running & working for companies Bookmyshow, Zeta, Mindtickle, BharatPe, PayTM and more. We are always on the lookout for like-minded teammates to disrupt the employee wellness and healthcare role will focus on driving sales for Pazcare. This would involve converting different enterprise sales across various industries to Pazcare clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Preparing sales pitches and relevant collateral.

2. Doing a thorough mapping of potential clients and effectively prioritizing them and then charting the sales strategy/approach.

3. Building strong interpersonal relationships with key client decision-makers (middle/senior management).

4. Making effective sales presentations based on the identified needs of the prospects and handling negotiations effectively Manage complex sales situations in acquiring new clients and up-sell/ cross-sell to existing ones.

5. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

6. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media & set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

7. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

8. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

9. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

10. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Experience: 7 or 7+ years of experience.
