We are solving the problem for the 1 million employers and 100 million employees in managing their health insurance, term life and more comprehensive health benefits through technology. Currently growing at over 100% month-on-month, we have on boarded over 1500 customers like GoMechanic, Goodera, Avail Finance, Mindtickle, Bookmyshow etc.

Job Description:
The kingdom of Pazcare (Paz = Peace) seeks a mighty Marketing Generalist with a knack for turning dull subjects (content) into dazzling tales and ROFL kind of humour.
Pazcare world of fintech/insurtech is a dull world and, much like any other kingdom, Pazcare desires someone who could wield the power of words to brighten our brand, embolden our sales knights (sales team), and weave magical connections with our audience.
The hero’s fights of 2 or 3 years are a requirement – and thy fights will prove thy ability, be not concerned

- Content Creation With a heart as vast as the seven seas, thou shall embark on the primary and epic odyssey of creating dazzling Content From the depths of research, thy shall unearth pearls of wisdom to weave into blog posts, infographics, and that thy creative colleagues turn to images and videos that captivate the minds and hearts of our target audience. Thy creations shall educate, entertain, and enrapture all who just as much as gaze upon them.
- Retention Marketing Thy shall tread the noble path of Retention Marketing with a warmth akin to dragon's breath (minus the scorching), thy shall nurture the bonds of loyalty of our customers through tales of triumph– success stories and testimonials that sing praises of the kingdom's wares. With targeted arrows communications, thy shall befriend customers near and far, transforming them into steadfast allies in the kingdom's quest for greatness.

- Brand and Social Media The treacherous realm of Brand and Social Media will completely test thy wit Thou shall help thy mates manage the kingdom's social media presence, ensuring every post, tweet, story carries the enchanting magnificence of the Pazcare brand. Thou shall be the guardian of engagement, the keeper of consistency, and contribute to content calendars that rival the grandest of tapestries.
- Sales Enablement For this perilous journey, armed with thy quill (or if a keyboard is thy preference), thou shall craft mighty scrolls known as case studies and presentations, imbued with the magic of persuasion, so thy sales comrades win their noble quests of getting customers.
