Job Summary:We are seeking dynamic and intellectually curious individuals to join our team as Generalists, with a strong emphasis on first principles thinking and a bias for action. The ideal candidate should possess a sharp quality of mind, the ability to challenge the status-quo, and a track record of excellence in their chosen fields. This role requires a versatile individual who can adapt to various tasks & take on new responsibilities with ease.Senior Generalists - You will be inducted through Functional/P&L/Business roles and groomed for senior leadership positions (Experience: 12-14 Years)Young Generalists - We also have opportunities in middle management roles (Experience: 7-8 Years)Roles will be in the Commercial, Revenue, Growth, Operations, Manufacturing and related functions, across the Mobility, Electric, Cell and AI businesses of the OLA group.

Qualifications:A fast track Engineer MBA from a Tier 1 college with specializations in areas such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, Human Resources, or General Management is desirable.Deep consulting experience in Industrial, Automotive, Consumer Internet and Technology (Top Tier consulting firms)Specific roles and fitment will be explored at the time of interview
