**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Understand the organization’s marketing goals and objectives, and develop strategies and plans to achieve them
- Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to help form marketing strategies
- Develop marketing campaigns to promote products and services, working with the team and agency partners
- Plan and direct promotional presentations, including press conferences, networking, and public relations events
- Write copy for promotional materials, such as brochures, social media, and website content, and create or oversee the production of marketing collateral
- Manage social media accounts and post content on a regular basis to engage followers and build brand awareness
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Coordinate trade show logistics and participate in industry events to generate leads and build relationships
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to get the best terms possible
- Prepare budgets and track expenses to stay within budget constraints
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members working in the marketing department
- Support senior management by conducting market research, monitoring industry trends and customer behaviors, helping identify target audiences
- Assist with coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including creating engaging content that will attract the right audience
- Contribute to social media and content calendars by managing the production of interesting and shareable content, such as blog articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, etc.
- Ensure that regular web content updates are performed and check content for accuracy and consistency
- Track relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs and report to senior management on campaign effectiveness
- Stay up to date with social media and marketing trends and best practices
- Design, develop, and distribute content marketing deliverables.
- Monitor online marketing and social media trends and best practices
- Manage the creation of graphics and illustrative copy.
- Perform support duties including but not limited to database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, and managing sales and marketing software tools

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Knowledge of CMS, such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, MoEngage, Clevertap, Salesforce, Canva etc.
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword research
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience with graphic design, web design, and/or video production
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools
- Basic storytelling principles
- Basic design principles
- Basic understanding of web server technologies

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
