About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager with 57 years of experience, specializing in SAP Sales and Account Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. This role requires a self-motivated professional with a strong sales acumen and a proven record of closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SAP domain and other IT solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and account growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and marketing) to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the organization.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Provide strategic input on go-to-market plans, pricing, and solution positioning.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through ongoing relationship management and post-sales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 57 years of experience in Business Development, specifically in SAP sales and account management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and closing large deals.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ecosystem, modules, and enterprise IT landscapes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align client requirements with business Experience in IT services, consulting, or enterprise solution sales.
- Network of potential clients in relevant industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, BFSI).
