Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead and drive business growth across India. This role involves strategic planning, client acquisition, and managing the business development team to expand our footprint in the corporate interior fit-out industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage with potential clients, build long-term relationships, and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with design, estimation, and project teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Revenue & Performance Tracking: Monitor sales targets, analyse performance metrics, and drive continuous improvements.
