Job Purpose

The ideal candidate will oversee all financial aspects of the organization globally, providing guidance and direction to ensure financial stability, compliance, and growth. The role would also oversee the Administration and the Travel team. This role requires a combination of financial expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple International locations and lead geographically diverse teams.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Provide strategic guidance to executive management on financial matters.
  2. Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  3. Oversee and ensure the accuracy of all financial accounting and reporting activities, maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  4. Ensure all statutory filings are completed accurately and submitted on time, adhering to all relevant regulatory guidelines and requirements.
  5. Develop and maintain robust revenue and cash flow forecasting models to accurately predict future financial performance.
  6. Apply strong business acumen and practical decision-making skills to drive the company's financial performance and support strategic growth initiatives.
  7. Lead effective negotiations in financial discussions and contracts, securing favorable terms and conditions while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
  8. Oversee and manage international teams, ensuring effective communication, cultural sensitivity, and alignment with corporate objectives
  9. Serve as the primary liaison with investors, analysts, and financial institutions. Communicate financial performance, business strategies, and growth prospects effectively.
  10. Participate in the project budgeting, ensuring accurate cost estimation, financial allocation, and continuous monitoring to stay within the budget.
  11. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable accounting standards.
  12. Develop tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations in all relevant jurisdictions.
  13. Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Evaluate financial implications and risks, and provide recommendations to executive management.
  14. Maintain consistent and transparent communication with investors, providing regular updates on financial performance, business strategies, and growth prospects.
  15. Strategically manage and allocate funds across international operations to optimize global investment returns and support business expansion
  16. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, systems, and controls. Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and excellence within the finance function.
  17. Oversee the administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective office operations, including facility management, procurement of office supplies, and coordination with external vendors.
  18. Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a productive and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  19. Supervise the travel team to coordinate and manage all corporate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  20. Develop and implement cost-effective travel policies and procedures to optimize travel budgets while ensuring the safety and comfort of employees during business trips.


Qualifications & Desired Skills

  • 20+ years of work experience in Finance & Accounting with 10+ years as Head of Finance.
  • Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Head, or similar executive role in IT/ITES Company.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of international finance, tax, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience in handling Administration & Travel function will be a plus.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to anticipate future trends and proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, integrity, and professionalism, coupled with effective communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate finance teams while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a must. MBA-Finance will be a plus.
