About Us
Fullon Finance Private Limited is a part of Fullon Group and currently in a process of obtaining Merchant banking category I license. The group is already involved in public issues, Fund raising and financial restructuring.
Role: Head - Merchant Banking Division
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute capital market transactions, including IPOs , rights issues , and bond offerings .
- Lead the drafting and preparation of DRHP (Draft Red Herring Prospectus) for capital market issuances.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations , capital markets , and corporate finance standards .
- Provide expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with strong leadership and management skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of Merchant Banking experience.
- In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations , capital markets, and corporate finance.
Education:
- CA , CS , CFA , LLB , MBA or similar professional qualifications preferred.
