Role:  Head - Merchant Banking Division

Location: Mumbai


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute capital market transactions, including IPOs , rights issues , and bond offerings .
  • Lead the drafting and preparation of DRHP (Draft Red Herring Prospectus)  for capital market issuances.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations , capital markets , and corporate finance standards .
  • Provide expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)  and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with strong leadership and management skills.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years  of Merchant Banking experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations , capital markets, and corporate finance.


Education:

  •  CA , CS , CFA , LLB , MBA or similar professional qualifications preferred.
