Job Title: Business Development Fresher Experience: 0-1 years Location: Preferred Delhi/NCR Candidates (Remote) Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Job Description: Looking for a motivated fresher to join our IT sales team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client outreach, and supporting the sales team in identifying new business opportunities. Requirements: Post-Graduate (PG) – Full Time from a recognized institution Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or customer engagement preferred (training will be provided). Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients Communicate with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings Support the BD team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports Maintain and update customer databases and sales trackers Build and maintain positive relationships with clients Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of BD activities. Ideal Candidate: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Willing to take initiative and learn business development processes.
