Job Title : Sales Officer Departmen t: Sales & Business Development Company : Arsh Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. Industry Focus : Travel & Hospitality Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: 6months to 2 years Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Officer to join our team in the Travel & Tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in hotel sales or the tourism industry, with a passion for client relationships, sales growth, and the hospitality sector. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving hotel bookings and sales to meet company targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales plan to target key clients, travel agencies, corporate clients, and tour operators. Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding hotel bookings, services, and inquiries. Conduct sales presentations and product demos to potential clients, showcasing hotel facilities, packages, and services. Manage the booking process from start to finish, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with clients and hotel teams. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients have a positive experience from the initial inquiry through to post-stay follow-up. Required Qualifications: ·MBA in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field. (Preferred)6 months to 2 year Experience in sales, preferably in the hotel or travel & tourism industry. Preferred Skills: Excellent Communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and hotel booking systems. Knowledge of the hotel industry, including hotel services, packages, and booking processes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
