Join Innova Solutions and be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of IT Services.About the RoleAs a Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in end-to-end bid management, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, competitive, and compelling proposals that win major client deals.Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ process, ensuring timely and compliant submissions. - Collaborate with sales, CoE leaders, and SMEs to create tailored, winning proposals and presentations. - Drive bid project planning, tracking milestones, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. - Mentor junior team members on proposal writing and best practices. - Conduct win/loss reviews to identify improvement opportunities. - Maintain knowledge repositories, proposal templates, and reusable content libraries. - Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive intelligence.Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in bid management or proposal development in IT Services. - MBA or relevant business qualification (preferred).Required Skills- Strong understanding of IT solutions & pricing models (Agile, DevOps, Cloud, Big Data, GenAI, RPA, Managed Services, Fixed Price, T&M, etc.). - Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills. - Ability to manage high-value proposals ($2M+ deals).Preferred Skills- MBA or relevant business qualification (preferred).Equal Opportunity StatementCollaborate with diverse and talented teams.
