Job Title: Bid ManagerExperience: 7+ YearsLocation: Thane, MumbaiNotice Period: Immediate joiner or maximum 30 daysKey Skills Required- Bid Management - Pre-Sales & Proposal Management - Service Solutioning - BFSI Domain Knowledge - Software Testing (End-to-End Testing Solutions for BFSI) - Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsRoles & Responsibilities- Manage the entire bid lifecycle from RFP/RFI analysis to proposal submission. - Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to prepare competitive and compliant proposals. - Develop solution strategies, pricing models, and value propositions aligned with client requirements. - Coordinate and manage proposal content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality. - Track, monitor, and report bid progress and success rates. - Support pre-sales activities including client presentations, solution walkthroughs, and clarifications. - Work closely with leadership to drive winning strategies and enhance bid success.About Yethi ConsultingYethi Consulting is one of India’s fastest-growing pure-play testing services providers in the BFSI domain.
