Regional Key Account Manager - Modern Trade (NORTH Zone & SOUTH ZONE)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing Regional Key Account Manager to lead our Modern Trade business in the North Zone & South Zone. This role will be responsible for managing regional chains and key modern trade accounts, delivering revenue targets, improving in-store execution, and building strong customer relationships across respective geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the P&L for modern trade accounts in the region.

- Develop and execute joint business plans with key regional modern trade partners

- Ensure SKU listings, visibility, and promotional execution across accounts

- Drive secondary sales through merchandising, activations, and trade marketing initiatives

- Manage TOT renewals, promotions, pricing, and ROI of trade spends at the regional level

- Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure timely order fulfilment and stock availability

- Lead a team of ASEs/ASMs and modern trade merchandisers in the region

- Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable insights for market share growth

- Coordinate with the central marketing and category teams for channel-specific plans

- Regularly review performance with retailers and internal stakeholders and present actionable growth plans

Candidate Profile:

- 4-8 yrs Experience in FMCG Modern Trade /KEY ACCOUNT sales (MUST)

- Strong understanding of respective Zone market dynamics and key regional retail chains

- Experience in managing TOTs, joint business plans, and in-store execution

- People management experience in leading TSEs , merchandizers and promoters

- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage operational execution in a fast-paced environment
