
Key Account Manager

Role & responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with category decision-makers across modern trade and e-commerce accounts.
- Drive business growth by setting regional performance goals in alignment with MT & E-com Head.
- Conduct market intelligence to track trends, competition, customer preferences, and new product launches.
- Ensure timely NPI (New Product Introduction) listings and linkages across accounts.
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure in-stock availability and fill rates.
- Ensure commercial hygiene timely collections, claim settlements, quarterly reconciliations, and smooth cash flow.
- Handle TOT negotiations, agreements, and account settlements.
- Manage complaints with the Quality team and ensure corrective actions within timelines.
- Drive business efficiency while managing the sales budget within approved limits.
Preferred candidate profile :
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales (mandatory)
- FMCG experience in Modern Trade / E-com account handling
- Strong relationship-building, analytical & decision-making skills
- Customer-centric, proactive & achievement-oriented mindset
