Job Summary: The Field Onboarding and Service Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that
our clients have a smooth onboarding experience and receive excellent ongoing support. This role
involves traveling to client sites, conducting training sessions, troubleshooting issues, and providing
hands-on assistance to ensure clients are getting the most out of PagarBook's platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding:
o Conduct in-person training sessions with new clients to ensure they understand how to use
PagarBook's platform. o Assist clients in setting up their accounts, configuring settings, and uploading necessary data. o Develop tailored onboarding plans that address specific client needs and ensure a smooth
transition. Customer Support:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in your region, addressing their questions and
concerns. o Provide on-site troubleshooting and support for any technical issues or questions that arise. o Ensure timely resolution of client issues by coordinating with internal support and
development teams. Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. o Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to
the product team. o Educate clients on new features and updates to maximize their use of the platform.. Experience:
o Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in onboarding, training, or customer support. Skills
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts
in simple terms. o Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. o Proficiency in using software and technology, with a willingness to learn new tools.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. o Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. o Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
