Job Overview:

The Admission Manager in Education Sales is responsible for overseeing the entire student admission cycle, managing leads, and ensuring effective handling of student inquiries. This role involves extensive travel to various branches across India to coordinate and supervise admission-related activities. The Admission Manager plays a crucial role in the growth and success of the organization by ensuring a smooth and efficient admission process.


Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Student Admission Cycle:

Manage the complete student admission process from initial inquiry to enrollment.

Work closely with prospective students to provide information, guidance, and support throughout the admission journey.


Lead Management:

Oversee the management of leads generated through various channels.

Implement strategies to effectively capture, track, and follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure prompt and accurate lead handling.


Branch Visits and Coordination:

Travel extensively to different branches across India to monitor and facilitate admission processes.

Coordinate with branch teams to streamline admission procedures and resolve any issues that may arise.


Student Enquiries:

Handle student inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about courses, admission requirements, and other relevant details.

Ensure a positive and informative experience for prospective students.


Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align admission strategies with overall organizational goals.

Regularly communicate with the team to gather feedback, assess performance, and identify areas for improvement.


Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and other admission-related metrics.

Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Sales, Marketing, Education, etc.).

Proven experience in education sales and admission management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Willingness to travel extensively.
