Responsibilities Duration : 12 monthsExp : 6 -12 Years• Key member of the recruiting strategy team, developing and maintaining the required capability and talent.• Creates and executes on global recruitment strategies for assigned functional/ geographic areas.• Responsible to manage interview processes for each recruitment.• Developing and maintaining the required capability and talent. Manages end-to-end recruitment process from initial job specification development through candidate acceptance. • Provides leadership and expertise in broad recruiting solutions and activities to ensure high levels of service delivery.•Responsible to review and improve the way in which we advertise job opportunities• Partners with the appropriate internal business partners and utilizes deep understanding of recruitment to develop strategies, policy, and process for recruitment.• Conducts thorough needs assessment with hiring managers prior to initiating sourcing and recruitment activities.• Establishes communication strategy with hiring managers for specific requisitions around candidate and interviewer feedback, SLAs and next steps.• Ensure end-to-end recruiting process is aligned with recruiting strategy. Manages the candidate experience from initial contact through final disposition.• Analyzes the performance and success of sourcing strategies at an aggregate level. Continually explores and recommends process improvements.• Maintains expert knowledge of talent acquisition trends, policies and processes.• Perform benchmarking activities.• Maintain a solid online presence that keeps our brand in a positive position on all digital recruitment sites• Actively builds a talent pool/network for assigned functional or geographical areas to enhance the efficiency of applicant generation.• May coach and mentor more junior team members. Provides training and technical support as needed.Qualifications • Undergraduate Degree human resources , marketing or other related fields• Experience with ATS systems• Recruiting experience required• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, set service level agreements and meet and/or exceed expectations
