We are looking for a franchise sales manager. You will be responsible for developing the business presence in the geographic regions identified as having high market potential and penetration possibilities.
Employment Type: Full-time
CTC Range: 4.8 LPA - 6.0 LPA + Incentives
Job Location: 39, Daryacha Building, Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi, Delhi 110016
Work Timings: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 – 18:30
Should be open to travel
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Sales Manager to join our team. The Franchise sales Manager will be responsible for managing the development and execution of franchise expansion plans for our company, identifying new opportunities to expand the franchise network, developing and executing plans to achieve growth targets, and supporting franchisees in their expansion efforts. The Franchise Expansion Manager will also be responsible for following up on and converting franchise leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new market opportunities for our franchise model and evaluate the feasibility of expanding into these markets.
- Develop growth strategies for our company, including identifying potential franchisees and developing marketing plans to attract them.
- Follow up on franchise leads generated through various channels, including online inquiries, referrals, and industry events.
- Convert franchise leads into franchisees by providing them with information about our brand, franchise model, conducting due diligence on potential franchisees, and negotiating franchise agreements.
- Provide support to franchisees who are looking to expand their business, including guidance on market research, securing financing, and negotiating lease agreements.
- Conduct due diligence on potential franchisees to ensure they meet our company's criteria for expansion, including financial stability, business acumen, and alignment with our company's values.
- Negotiate and execute franchise agreements with new franchisees, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to develop and maintain relationships with franchisees, landlords, and other stakeholders.
A strong understanding of the franchise industry and business management principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Relevant experience in Business Development/ Accounts management/ Franchisee Sales
Persuasive communication (Written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent leadership and managerial skills
