Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager at Indian Drycleaning Company. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for business expansion planning, franchise sales, communication, lead generation, and managing the franchise network. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying potential franchisees, conducting negotiations, and ensuring successful market expansion.

An ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in franchise sales.


Qualifications

  • Experience in franchise sales and business expansion planning
  • Knowledge of franchising industry and market trends
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to generate leads and build relationships
  • Excellent sales and presentation skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site in Delhi, India
  • Experience in the dry cleaning or laundry industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
