Our NGO Client requires Franchise Development Manager cum Community Outreach Manager Location: Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Uttrakhand, West Bengal, Jharkhand & Punjab.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Development Manager cum Community Outreach Manager to join our team. This dual-role position will be responsible for driving the growth of our franchise network and fostering strong relationships within the communities we serve. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in franchise development, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for community engagement.

Franchise Development:
  • Franchise Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to expand our franchise network across India, identifying and targeting potential franchisees.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, and industry events.
  • Prospect Management: Manage the entire franchise sales process, from initial inquiry to final agreement, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
  • Franchise Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure successful operation and adherence to company standards.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in various regions.

Community Outreach:

  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, educational institutions, and key stakeholders to promote our educational programs and initiatives.
  • Events and Workshops: Plan and execute community outreach events, workshops, and seminars to raise awareness about our centers and the benefits of our courses.
  • Partnership Development: Develop partnerships with local organizations, NGOs, and government agencies to enhance our community presence and impact.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from the community to improve our offerings and better meet the needs of our target audience.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador for RABS Prayas Foundation, representing our values and mission in all community interactions.


RequirementsQualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise development, sales, or community outreach, preferably within the education sector.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Personal Attributes:

  • Passion for education and community development.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Ability to travel frequently within India.
