is a global leader in educational and professional writing support services, focused on empowering working professionals and experiential learners through their lifelong journeys.The organization offers a comprehensive range of academic programs from Matriculation to Ph.D., collaborating with renowned universities worldwide to ensure flexible and accessible education.Aimlay also validates real-world expertise through pathways such as honorary doctorates and DBA programs, and facilitates complete support for Ph.D. aspirants from admission to completion.With its headquarters in Delhi and counseling centers globally, Aimlay is driven by the mission to provide equitable and transformative education, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goal 4.Role Description:- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi for the role of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition.- The role involves managing and overseeing the talent acquisition process, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring efficient hiring across various levels in the organization.- Primary responsibilities include: conducting full life-cycle recruiting, managing interviews, building strong employer branding initiatives, and fostering a positive candidate experience while ensuring the organization attracts high-caliber Minimum 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the companys growth and workforce planning objectives.- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance and professional development.- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.- Optimize sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.) to attract high-quality candidates.- Define and track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.- Present regular reports and insights to HR leadership and business units.- Build and maintain strong relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations for Campus recruitment.
