Reports to: Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Sales Recruiter/ TA Specialist/ Manager to join our growing EdTech organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hiring for sales roles, excellent sourcing strategies, and the ability to identify and attract high-performing candidates who thrive in fast-paced and target-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and business development roles (B2B/B2C).
  • Collaborate with business heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and team goals.
  • Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Screen and shortlist profiles based on relevant experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with stakeholders for subsequent interview rounds.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates for upcoming positions.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process in coordination with HR operations.
  • Track and report hiring metrics time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience that reflects the company's brand and values.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting for sales or business development roles (preferably in EdTech, BPO/ KPO, Voice Process , SAAS Sales industries).
  • Strong understanding of sales profiles — inside sales, field sales, business development, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools and job boards (Zoho Recruit, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • High sense of urgency, ownership, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience in an EdTech or startup environment.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Creative approach to sourcing and employer branding.
