About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring timely and quality hiring, and maintaining effective team communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain daily recruitment operations, ensuring timely closures of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth team communication and workflow.
• Utilize various job portals, social media, and professional networks for talent sourcing.
• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and MIS for review and analysis.
• Support HR operational activities related to new joiners and recruitment processes.
Required Skills & Expertise:
• Strong expertise in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in handling end-to-end hiring cycles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred:
• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Experience in managing recruitment operations for diverse domains or business units.
