Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. - Understand client needs, preferences, and goals, and proactively identify opportunities to add value and address challenges. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements and objectives. - Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and seamless client experiences. - Monitor client accounts, track progress, and maintain accurate records of interactions and agreements. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue and client value. Qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. - Strong relationship management abilities, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery. - Ability to understand and address client needs effectively, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions. - Knowledge of educational services and offerings, with the capacity to articulate value propositions to clients. - Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the education or related industry. - Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve issues and make sound judgments. - Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing.
