Headquartered in Delhi, with counseling centers globally, Aimlay is committed to making quality education accessible and fostering a vibrant community of learners and professionals.Role Description:- This is an on-site, full-time role for a Head of Digital Marketing located in Delhi. - The Head of Digital Marketing will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth. - Responsibilities include managing social media marketing campaigns, overseeing lead generation activities, analyzing web analytics to measure and optimize performance, and designing effective digital strategies to enhance the organizations online - Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target audience behaviors. - Lead and mentor a cross-functional team including SEO/SEM specialists, content marketers, social media managers, email marketers, and performance analysts. - Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all channels: paid search, social media, display advertising, retargeting, and affiliate marketing. - Oversee organic search strategies, content creation, and optimization to improve rankings and traffic. - Manage budgets and campaigns for paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), programmatic, and other media platforms. - Track and report on campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau, etc. (ref:iimjobs.com)
