Title: International University Acquisition SpecialistKey Responsibilities:- Sales & Expansion Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new international university partners, driving growth and market presence.- University Acquisition: Identify, connect with, and onboard global universities by presenting our offerings and showcasing the value we bring.- Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with senior administrators, faculty, and decision-makers at universities.- Tailored Solutions: Understand the unique challenges of each university and recommend customized solutions that align with their goals.- Negotiation & Partnerships: Lead Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) discussions and negotiations, ensuring partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with organizational objectives.- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful partnerships.- Reporting & Insights: Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and growth & Skills:- 2-5 years of experience in international university partnerships, acquisitions, or higher education business development.- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.- Proven track record of building and maintaining B2B or institutional partnerships.- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.- Flexibility to work across time zones and travel internationally as required (ref:iimjobs.com)
