To know more Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

- Identify and launch new categories with clear growth plans and roadmaps.

Revenue Management:

- Own revenue management across all online sales channels, with a strong focus on our website and Amazon.

- Continuously monitor, optimize, and scale performance across channels to maximize ROI.

Performance Marketing:

- Scale ad revenue through paid media (Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, etc.) while ensuring efficient CAC and LTV.

- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven Collaboration:

- Work closely with operations, branding, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless growth journey.

- Align growth initiatives with supply chain readiness, brand positioning, and customer experience.

Unit Economics & Profitability:

- Establish and maintain healthy unit economics for existing and newly launched categories.

- Track contribution margins, customer acquisition cost, retention metrics, and profitability KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 2-5 years of experience in growth marketing in a D2C or e-commerce setup.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, SEO, etc.).

- Proven track record of scaling revenues in consumer brands.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in performance tracking tools.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
