E- Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end e-commerce strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage the online storefront across marketplaces and proprietary platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Optimize the customer journey, improving user experience, conversion rates, and retention.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, operations, and IT to streamline supply chain, logistics, and website performance.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and forecast demand.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), and technology partners.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of product uploads, pricing updates, and inventory management.
- Oversee customer service operations to ensure timely resolution of queries and enhance satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, payment security, and platform guidelines.
