Description: Job Description GCC Setup & Consulting Leader.Position: GCC Setup & Consulting Leader.Location: Bangalore.Experience: 12+ years.Role Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the setup and expansion of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) for clients.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in providing end-to-end consulting and advisory services, ensuring seamless establishment, governance, and operational excellence of GCCs.Key Responsibilities:GCC Setup & Strategy:- Drive the end-to-end setup of GCCs for global clients, including strategy, planning, and execution.- Define Target Operating Models (TOMs), governance frameworks, and operating structures tailored to client needs.- Develop and implement playbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and best practices for GCC operations.Consulting & Advisory:- Provide consulting services to CXOs and senior stakeholders on GCC setup, transformation, and scaling strategies.- Partner with clients to identify operational efficiencies, cost optimizations, and talent strategies.- Act as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment of GCC operations with clients business objectives.Stakeholder Management:- Engage with global leadership teams, business heads, and external partners to drive collaboration and successful delivery.- Build long-term client relationships by demonstrating thought leadership and measurable impact.Performance & Transformation:- Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and governance models to track success of GCC initiatives.- Continuously identify opportunities for operational improvement, innovation, and digital enablement.Leadership & People Development:- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams engaged in GCC setup and consulting projects.- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.Required Skills & 12+ years in consulting, advisory, or transformation roles, with proven expertise in GCC setup and management.Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of GCC frameworks, operating models, process transitions, and capability building.Leadership: Ability to influence and partner with C-level executives and global stakeholders.Consulting Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and solution design capabilities.Project Management: Strong skills in program management, governance, and Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Education: Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.What We Offer:- Opportunity to shape and lead GCC setups for global clients.- Exposure to high-impact strategic projects with CXO-level engagement.- A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.- Competitive compensation and benefits.
