Job Description

Drive business development across GCCs, pitching our end-to-end advisory and managed-execution servicesBuild and nurture C-suite relationships (GCC Heads, GBS, Operations, Engineering, HR, Transformation)Identify opportunities for center expansion, new function setup, or managed deliveryCollaborate with leadership to craft customized, solution-driven proposalsRepresent the brand at industry forums, roundtables, and GCC events to elevate brand visibilityMaintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and lead multi-million-dollar deal closures

The Successful Applicant

15+ years in sales, consulting, or business development within GCCs, outsourcing, shared services, or IT deliveryProven track record of consultative selling and closing complex, multi-million-dollar engagementsEstablished network within the Indian GCC leadership community (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, NCR, Mumbai)Deep understanding of GCC operating models, global sourcing strategies, and India's capability-hub dynamicsExceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
