Roles and Responsibilities:

1. General Trade Business Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the general trade business, focusing on FMCG products. Ensure that all targets are met or exceeded by consistently monitoring sales and distribution channels.

2. Field Operations: Actively participate in fieldwork by visiting genera trade shops. Build strong relationships with small shop owners and convince them to stock and sell the company’s branded products.

3. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of 10 to 15 members. Set daily sales targets for the team, monitor performance, and provide necessary guidance to ensure targets are achieved.

4. Market Expansion: Identify and explore new markets within the region. Develop strategies to increase market penetration and expand the reach of the company’s FMCG products.

5. Data Management & Reporting: Utilize software applications like "Bizom" or other general trade team management and shop visit management software to track sales, monitor team performance, and generate reports for senior management.

6. Training & Development: Provide regular training to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends. Ensure that the team is well-equipped to meet the dynamic demands of the general trade market.


Required Skill Sets:

1. FMCG Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of FMCG products, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.

2. Sales & Distribution Expertise: Proven experience in handling general trade business, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth.

3. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using software applications like "Bizom" for team management, sales tracking, and reporting.
