Job Description
Define and execute the India sales strategy in alignment with global objectives. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Drive new customer acquisition across enterprise and mid-market segments. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Develop and expand channel/partner ecosystems. Own revenue targets and ensure consistent pipeline growth. Provide market insights and feedback to influence product road mapThe Successful Applicant
10+ years of sales leadership experience in (relevant sector, , SaaS/Telematics). Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams in India. Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Experience in early-stage/growth-stage startups preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.-
