Our client is a Growth Stage Telematics Organisation whose mission is to make roads safer by combining cutting-edge video telematics with AI-driven insights.

Job Description

- Define and execute the India sales strategy in alignment with global objectives.

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

- Drive new customer acquisition across enterprise and mid-market segments.

- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

- Develop and expand channel/partner ecosystems.

- Own revenue targets and ensure consistent pipeline growth.

- Provide market insights and feedback to influence product road map

The Successful Applicant

- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in [relevant sector, e.g., SaaS/Telematics].

- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams in India.

- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

- Experience in early-stage/growth-stage startups preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
